How often should I schedule sessions, and can I change the frequency as needed?

I can see clients from anywhere between once and four times per week.

Typically the more experience you have means fewer sessions but not always!

As you get stronger and more comfortable in the gym, we can adjust the frequency of sessions.

Absolutely. Nutrition is a vital part of the service I provide, I provide nutritional strategy to your training to help you sustainably reach your goals without the need for strict meal plans.

Your programme is provided via a bespoke set of google sheets that you can access anywhere, with personal approach to how you track progress in every aspect of your training.

And yes! Your programme will be adjusted to your ability level and current goal when it needs to be.

I can tailor to most injuries and health concerns, provided all the information on the PAR-Q document is correct. There are limits to my ability so I can’t do everything, but I haven’t come across anything I couldn’t work with yet.

I don’t offer trial sessions but that’s where the initial coaching call/consultation comes in.

This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit.

Reschedules and cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the session.
